Digital continuity from design to operation

For us, BIM (Building Information Modeling) is not merely a 3D model, but a structured data strategy that supports decision-making at every stage of the project. Our references prove that the correct application of this methodology radically reduces design errors, optimizes construction costs, and lays the foundation for efficient operation. We don’t sell software; we manage processes. Whether it’s Hungary’s most complex logistics park or the standardization of critical industrial facilities, our experts guarantee that digital information will reach the finished building intact and in a usable form, from the drawing board to handover. We help ensure that BIM is not a burden, but the most valuable investment tool

BIM certificate

The main challenge during the Olajterv project was to harmonize the industrys extremely strict, rule-based design environment with BIM methodology. Although oil industry design tools and software shared many technological similarities with BIM solutions (parameterization, 3D modeling), system-level information exchange and workflows compliant with the international ISO 19650 standard still required fundamental structural changes.Through our consulting work, we bridged the gap between existing, high-precision design routines and modern BIM requirements. We prepared the organization to obtain official BIM certification, standardized data exchange protocols, and introduced processes that elevated existing engineering expertise to the highest digital level. The result: a standardized, internationally recognized, and auditable BIM workflow within a specialized industry environment.

Digital background of the new office building

The goal of MVMs new office building project was to create a transparent operational environment that links the physical construction process with future facility management right from the start. The project began with a comprehensive audit, followed by the development of a BIM strategy, paving the way toward paperless, data-driven sustainability. Our team of experts prepared the complete BIM documentation, ensuring that a digital twin model is built in parallel with construction, which will serve operational needs immediately after handover. A key added value of the project was the development of the CAFM strategy: we defined the software and data provision frameworks that guarantee that all mechanical and structural data of the building will support FM (Facility Management) processes efficiently and in a searchable manner from day one.

Full lifecycle management

One of Hungary most complex and forward-looking BIM projects was implemented during the development of HelloParks’ logistics parks. In this process, BIM is no longer merely a technological add-on, but the cornerstone of the entire investment chain: we covered every phase, from conceptual design through construction to continuous digital monitoring of implementation. During the project, we developed a custom software environment and strict process controls, enabling seamless, data-loss-free collaboration between the various disciplines and contractors. We prepared comprehensive BIM documentation (EIR, BEP) that sets out the standards by which HelloParks is now developing the region’s most modern industrial properties. This project demonstrates that even the most ambitious industrial investments become transparent, controllable, and future-proof through structured BIM processes.

Our Values

Standardized Workflows

We prepare BIM documentation (EIR, BEP) in accordance with ISO 19650 and domestic regulations, ensuring auditability at the international level.

Data-driven control

With our solutions, investors can track project progress in real time, minimizing the likelihood of unexpected additional work and cost overruns.

Life cycle approach

We build models that do not lose their value after handover, but rather serve as the foundation for modern CAFM and Digital Twin systems.
