Once we have laid the theoretical groundwork (EIR, BEP) and established the framework in accordance with ISO 19650, the time comes to test the system under live conditions. The Pilot project is not an “experiment,” but rather the first investment where digital processes are already generating tangible benefits. This is necessary so that the team can gain experience, the software environment (CDE) can be fine-tuned, and data flow between stakeholders can become seamless before we transition the entire portfolio.
