BIM

Strategic Implementation for Businesses

BIM is not just software, but a new way of thinking. For an organization to successfully implement BIM, it is essential that every member of the team speaks the same language. The goal of our BIM Fundamentals course is to establish a common knowledge base among those involved in the development process.
  • Clarifying BIM Concepts: What is BIM, and what is it not? (Dispelling misconceptions).
  • Business benefits: How does a 3D model translate into quantifiable savings during operations?
  • Process-oriented approach: The flow of information from design to daily FM tasks.
  • Common language: Understanding basic standards and definitions for effective internal communication.
Participants will be able to actively and knowledgeably participate in shaping the company’s BIM strategy, understanding the direct benefits offered by the technology.

BIM Operational Management

Training for coordinators and specialists

The key to a successful BIM project lies not in software expertise, but in structured data management. This training is designed for those who do not aim to earn a complex BIM management degree, but who need to understand, monitor, and manage BIM-based workflows on a daily basis.
  • LOIN (Level of Information Need): Precisely defining information requirements. How do we avoid unnecessary data collection and ensure the necessary level of detail?
  • Scheduling and Milestones (MIDP & TIDP): Understanding the Master Information Delivery Plan. Who provides what data, when, and how during the project?
  • Authority and Responsibility Matrix: Who can enter the data, who can approve it, and who is the data owner? Clearly defining areas of responsibility.
  • Use of CDE (Common Data Environment): Operational management of data exchange protocols and the common data environment.
Participants will be able to ensure strict compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) requirements, manage data delivery milestones, and conduct quality control processes.
